The Capital City Center offers courses to all employees of the State of Illinois, as well as federal and local government employees in Illinois.

John A. Logan College - Training

The John A. Logan College offers courses to state employees in the Southern portion of the State of Illinois.

Upward Mobility Program

The State of Illinois Upward Mobility Program is a career mobility program designed to give state employees an opportunity to advance to more challenging, higher paying positions. It is a joint venture between CMS and AFSCME.

Training Clearinghouse (State System Access Only)

The Training Clearinghouse offers training and educational services and resources among state agencies and offices and promotes the personal and professional growth of all state employees.
