Whenever questions arise, plan participants have various resources they can use.
The Group Insurance Division is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Members may call 1-800-442-1300 or request assistance via email.
Group Insurance Representatives and Preparers (PDF 416 KB) are located at each State agency and university. These individuals can assist members with many issues regarding benefit options, eligibility, etc.
Each benefit plan and program has a plan administrator that can answer specific questions regarding coverage. |
