Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employees and their families can gain confidential assistance with personal issues by accessing the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) administered by Magellan for non-AFSCME represented employees and the Personal Support Program (PCP) administered by AFSCME Council 31 for all other State employees.

Adoption Benefit Program

Employees who adopt children are eligible for reimbursement of adoption expenses up to $1500.00 through the Adoption Benefit Program.

Smoking Cessation Program

Members and their enrolled dependents are eligible to receive a maximum $200.00 rebate upon completion of an approved Smoking Cessation Program.

Long-Term Care Insurance Program

An optional group Long-Term Care Insurance Program administered by MetLife is offered to members to cover care that is custodial or long-term in nature. Contact Met Life by calling 1-800-438-6388.
